* Develops and executes technical software development strategy for ecommerce applications and systems using current business roadmap

* Experience with large database mining tools (e.g., SAS, Hadoop, R, Stata)
* Experience with network modeling tools (e.g. Llamasoft, CAPS, IBM Logic Net Plus), network optimization and long range planning is a plus
* Experience in project management, distribution, transportation, supply chain management, inventory management and systems
* Six Sigma certified
PhD/Master’s degree in math, statistics, operations research, or related quantitative discipline or MBA with a heavy focus on analytics
* 8+ years successfully leading teams and managing people with a proven track record in leading and building teams to achieve business impacting results through analytics and challenging existing processes
