Job Description
The USA Director, Financial Client Operations Services leads an NCR Services team of approximately 40 within the United States for the Financial Industry (small – large banks and credit unions).
The Director is responsible for the delivery of Financial Client Account Support services, Program/Project Management and Technical Consulting. Key customers include companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, CardTronics, Bank of America, etc.
Ensures the successful execution of all customer services in the U.S. for all Financial accounts. Deployment of Technology Solutions, Self-Services and Assisted Services Technologies across all business & solution offers for NCR Financial US Markets, NCR and 3rd Party products. Products primarily include ATM machines and cash dispensers.
The role will include managing a large team throughout the U.S. that will perform the Account Support Consulting, Project Management & Planning, Design Services. The , Financial Client Operations Services is responsible for achieving the Financial Sales TS Revenue Plans, with Gross Margin and Customer Satisfaction / Loyalty objectives.
He/she will work directly with Customers, Financial Sales, Solutions Management - Financial and Americas Customer Services Leader, VP of Client Operations and VP Field Operations, Transaction Services, on a day-to-day basis as required to ensure successful objectives attainment and delivery of services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Leadership role in the Financial Deployment practice and major contributor in the NCR Services, Transaction Services organization.
Deliver best in class Program/Project management services that drive successful execution of deployment services in the Financial industry.
Build the business plans for the Solution/Area/Region, providing focus in the development of capabilities, including recruiting, investment decisions, pricing, and coaching others in professional development.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the organization in the area of Financial services and facilitate the continuous knowledge transfer relative to Financial Account Support leadership team.
Supports and offers guidance to Sales and other organizations in the following areas:
sales support, deployment services solution recommendations, customer expectation setting, deployment services offers, and project management ensure that advocated tools, methodologies and processes are deployed and consistently used within and among the account teams.
Career planning, paths, creating and maintaining communities of interest among Managers.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers, industry partners, and external organizations.
Support and facilitate a work environment that enables us to recruit, develop and retain top talent as a means to drive revenue growth and increased profitability.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred but may be replaced with successful career progression
Experience managing third party suppliers
Experience working in a managed services or outsourcing environment, accustomed to multi-tasking and moving from project to project
Experience (minimum of 10 years preferred) in Professional Services, related business or Project Management (or equivalent)
Experience with NCR or similar type company; Consulting experience: Vendor or Consulting firm; Financial technology experience, Industry Skills, Strong knowledge of Financial Industry technology, deployment and advanced technology products Leadership experience in large organizations Analytical skills in the services industry, Industry knowledge and competitive adeptness
