Role Description
Oversees complex change management projects across North America beverages (NAB) including HQ, field operating units and Go-To-Market aspects of the business.
Develops, designs and implements change management strategies, plans and materials supporting NAB's business plans, productivity initiatives and enterprise led global initiatives.
Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization including field operating leaders, regional change leads and enterprise change teams.
Builds NAB's change leadership capability through the development and delivery of formal training events, NAB specific tools and active coaching of HRG's and line managers.
Reports directly to SVP HR and Talent Management for NAB

Achieve targeted cost synergies
Increase productivity to targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S)
Apply Change Management methodology and tools throughout the organization HR and Line manager understanding or core CM principals and utilization of core tools (Stakeholder analysis, communication plan, feedback plan and rewards and recognition plan).
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, ILR or other related field (required)
Master's Degree or PhD. in organization development, organizational or I/O psychology, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience (preferred)
Work Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
