Rosetta is looking for a Director to help grow our Analytics and Optimization practice. As an Analytics Director, you will lead analytics client engagements, help define and implement a vision for new analytics offerings, and fuel growth of the practice through business development and marketing.
Job Description
-Oversee cross-functional delivery teams in developing customized marketing analytics solutions for clients
-Lead at least one large client analytics engagement
-Define approach and scope for new projects
-Engage brands, account teams, and research teams to analyze success and / or failures across multiple initiatives and create prioritized, actionable recommendations
-Lead executive-level client and internal presentations
-Participate in interviewing and hiring of team members
-Participate in development and coaching of junior team members
-Participate in new business opportunities as an Analytics expert; develop strategies, estimates, and present
-Expand business with existing clients by identifying opportunities for Rosetta to deliver its full range of service offerings
-Support Rosetta’s marketing efforts through speaking engagements, blogging, and preparation of white papers
-Define and enhance existing agency capabilities to capitalize on industry demand for emerging analytics-based tactics.
-Database query tools such as SQL
-Statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS (nice to have)
-Data Warehouse platforms such as Hadoop (nice to have)
-Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Proven ability to lead and manage teams in highly collaborative environments
-Strong client services and client engagement skills
-Very strong project management and time management skills
-Experience with statistical analysis and segmentation techniques is a significant plus
-Experience with attribution modeling across multiple channels is a plus
-BA/BS is required
-Masters/MBA is a plus
