Job Description
As a Senior Director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to current and future design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision improvements to the architecture.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
The Sr.Director of Oracle Sales Cloud Development will have responsibility for many of the development activities for building a successful Sales Force Automation and Sales Performance Management applications and Mobility applications. In addition to building the products / cloud service, focus will be on Application life cycle (provisioning, upgrade,security, management, high availability, test to production, etc.).
The Position Involves
Understanding at a very deep and technical level the various products and architecture involved. Deep understanding of Mobility, CRM, Sales functionality, Fusion Middleware technology used, BI, SOA, Identity Management are needed to be successful.
Being able to chart a path through the complexity and propose viable solutions to be implemented.
Drive and execute on the vision, which involves directly leading a development team as well as driving execution outside of that team.
Build highly competitive features and deliver it to the market faster
