Job Description
The Senior Director of Product Marketing is someone who is an expert at developing go-to-marketing strategies for a growing portfolio of products. You will primarily have B2B experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Marketer. Experience in the jobs and recruiting vertical is a real plus. You are someone who is able to effectively work across teams, both internally and externally, to gain buy in, and is able to communicate ideas, strategies and plans to multiple constituencies. Finally, we are looking for someone who can be strategic while also taking a hands-on approach to really “get things done”.



You will lead a growing team of Product Marketers partnered with our Sales and Product teams to identify and assess target customer needs and help refine the message to address them, as well as effectively translate product capabilities into messaging and content that are easy for prospects and customers to understand. You are an expert at go-to-market strategy, the “4 P’s”, and sales enablement and the systems and best practices to support your programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive go-to-market strategies for all Glassdoor products targeting both our B2B and consumer efforts
Continually analyze our product, sales performance and competitive trends leading to key conclusions, implications and recommended action plans.
Take leading/ownership role in creating, socializing and implementing product marketing through a growing team of product marketing professionals
Development and ownership of sales enablement, communication and training plans for the sales staff with respect to new products, updates/changes to products
Provide direct market/customer feedback and input to the product team for product development
Create dashboards and product marketing reports for marketing teams and other teams, as needed.
Develop and maintain a keen understand of the competitive landscape, new innovations in the Employment space, etc. to publish and update a Competitive Analysis documentation process.
Serve as key a spokesperson for PR, Marketing event requests.
Key Qualifications:

B.A. or M.A. degree and 7+ years of experience in product marketing with a primary focus on B2B
Passionate about Glassdoor and product marketing
Proven problem solving skills
Exceptional common sense
Results-oriented
Extensive experience with marketing teams, sales teams, product management
Independent and proactive
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
High energy and results oriented
