Job Description
The Business Development team is looking for a driven and analytical Director to build partnerships that will grow our business.
What you’ll do:
Identify and develop new partnerships
Manage and expand existing partner relationships
Evaluate new partnerships for ROI and alignment with key business objectives
Work with product and tech teams on deal implementations and management
Present ideas for new BD opportunities
Negotiate deal terms and review contracts for accuracy

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or higher
7+ years experience in business development
Strong applications experience (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with online advertising, recruitment industry, or CPC marketplaces a plus
Experience with online start up a plus
