Job Description
The Director Measurement & Analytics is Hallmark Business Connections’ champion for identifying and creating measurement and analytics solutions internally and for our clients. This role will lead the organization’s efforts in identifying key metrics, analytics and reports that will be used to uncover insights that can be translated into actionable business needs. This person will be responsible for providing strategic analytical consulting with clients on how to enhance the success of their programs and defining the vision internally within Hallmark Business Connections.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision - Be responsible for the development of Hallmark Business Connections’ Measurement and Analytics product offering to support Employee Recognition, Customer Engagement and Wellness Engagement along with other internal reporting needs.
Client Analytics - Deliver understanding and awareness into key client programs by providing ‘measures of success’ metrics, measurement, insights and user/non-user behaviors thus enhancing value, influencing decisions and driving growth.
Business Optimization - Provide clarity and insights into the internal business that can be used to improve results via detailed analyses including testing, modeling, data mining, marketing/ product/web analytics, profiling/segmentation, forecasting, pricing, etc.
BI / Visualization Tools - Develop and Implement solutions for all segments to improve value of client offering and dashboards for internal consumption and monitoring.
Data Management & Storage - Bridge internal data gaps by helping establish accessible data structure, tools/protocols/processes to retrieve and documentation on what is available/how to use.
Subject Matter Expert: Ownership of the Measurement and Analytics offering and providing consultative expertise to internal team members and clients when applicable.
Leadership: Participate as a member of the Hallmark Business Connections and Marketing leadership teams. Actively involved in the guidance of the organization and the department in way of vision, offering, culture, decision making etc.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing
Minimum 10 years product and web analytics and data management
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience with Tableau, Statistical packages (SAS, R, SPSS, etc.)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Master’s degree with a major related to qualitative analysis (e.g. Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics)
