Job Description
Responsible for overall leadership and management of the company’s international tax strategy, compliance and business support
• Drives decisions around key elements of the company’s international tax strategy, developing foreign tax planning models and planning opportunities to achieve the company’s effective tax rate goals and appropriately manage international tax risk
• Provides review and timely decision-making around consolidation of foreign subsidiary tax provisions and international aspects of the U.S. provision
• Advises on U.S international tax compliance matters, including foreign tax credits, Subpart F and CFRC reporting
• Oversees tax responsibilities for Latin America managed locally by finance staff
• Oversees the management and resolution of income tax examinations in key jurisdictoions
• Partners with the tax leadership team to develop process improvements in the international aspects of international tax provisions, compliance systems and improvement of controls.
• Consults on and resolves day-to-day international tax issues with key stakeholders.
• Manages the global transfer pricing strategy and insures quality and compliance with U.S. and international standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• MST and/or CPA a plus
• 8-10 years federal and international income tax planning and/or compliance
• Experience
• International M&A transactional experience
• Proactive, excellent attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
