Job Description
Responsibilities:
As the Global Director, Talent Attraction & Engagement at PepsiCo, reporting to VP of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for all aspects of social, digital and employment brand strategy and sustainability for the global talent acquisition team. A strong consultative approach is required to continue to influence and partner with key stakeholders across multiple functions such as Marketing, Communications, HR and IT to design and implement key attraction, engagement & retention strategies, measuring success and ROI along the way.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our employment brand strategy as well as identifying innovative opportunities to connect and engage with future talent through interactive social strategies & technology that our global team can leverage. You'll also be responsible for leading a world class candidate and client experience measured by powerful analytics and insights. A successful executive in this role will be results oriented and focused on leveraging influence and partnerships to accomplish amazing things across hundreds of consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

Lead a global team responsible for establishing and sustaining PepsiCo as a "top of mind" employer of choice in markets around the world
Identify innovative / up-an- coming technology partners to enhance messaging, brand and analytics
Partner with key stakeholders across PepsiCo to develop and launch global campaigns targeted at attracting and retaining top talent
Lead full scale and enterprise wide integration of social media and mobile marketing within a workforce strategy that includes search engine marketing and optimization for Talent Attraction teams around the globe with a key focus on Interactive/Social Recruiting, Candidate Experience, and international/global, U.S. domestic and regional based strategies.
With a passion for breaking out of traditional recruitment practices and a background which includes training, you will be responsible for successfully coaching teams of recruiters and sourcers to constantly evolve and collectively push the envelope of non-traditional talent attraction and recruitment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10+ years professional work experience with rotations in talent acquisition, digital and social strategies and / or digital communications
Brand development with deep brand activation and sustainment experience
Extensive proficiency with social media brand or employment brand marketing
Deep proficiency with social media recruitment and marketing
Proven track record of successfully influencing key stakeholders at all levels including top executives
Master change agent skills and strong and visible history of taking calculated risks based on data-driven decisions.
Must possess strong project management skills and can demonstrate/share previous experience managing large scale programs.
