Position Description
Responsible for all aspects of managing the potential unsecured credit risk of loss sensitive insurance programs.
Work with underwriters, brokers, insureds and prospects in the structuring of credit solutions for new and renewal submissions
Approve credit terms under delegated credit authority
Interact with accounting, actuarial, legal and other applicable areas as required.

Proactively monitoring an assigned credit portfolio via various screening methodologies and alert systems.
Reporting on these exposures and variances thereto.
Prepare credit analytical reports on individual companies
Publish economic, industry and market research reports
Enforcing various internal policies and procedures
Meet with insureds, prospects and brokers; Participate in client facing events and meetings
Market alternative collateral products
Represent Credit in industry associations and events
Certain operational duties, including follow-up and maintenance, are required, including but not limited to reviewing the legal agreements, covenants, collateral type and booking the program in credit systems.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree. MBA/CFA or progress towards such preferred
6+ years of credit analytical experience required
Strong credit and financial analytical skills.
Solid written and oral communications skills are required.
Prior portfolio management experience helpful
Relevant experience in dealing with loss sensitive insurance program structures preferred.
Strong understanding of US economic conditions and market trends required
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a faced paced enviromment and to meet deadlines
