Director - SaaS Product Marketing - Honeywell - Seattle

The Product Marketing Director will lead Honeywell Connected Building's efforts to evolve and execute its SaaS offering portfolio and strategy. The right leader for this role will have a passion for improving the lives of building owners and occupants, and an unstoppable drive to take risks, overcome obstacles, and make things happen quickly.
He or she will have a demonstrated track record of successfully impacting all elements of the software value chain - strategy, definition, delivery, go to market, and customer success. The Director will manage the Product Owners tied to the business model innovation and scrum teams.
Our team is small and nimble with limited hierarchy and lots of ownership. You'll report directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Connected Buildings. The position will be located in Seattle, WA. We're looking for a leader who is an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about our mission, who wants to dive in and get their hands dirty.
Qualifications
About You
You're creative and technical, with a strong passion for technology and elegant user experiences. You're a quick learner with exceptional communication skills. You have a proven ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and resolve conflict effectively. You're energized by working in a collaborative team environment with sales, marketing, customer care, and engineering.
You've got at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. Advance degree preferred.
You've got ten years of SaaS and/or cloud experience; a proven track record of turning data into money. You understand and apply agile and scrum practices regularly.
You've got ten years of product management experience, including working for (or with) hardware and/or industrial companies. With that comes a solid marketing toolkit and business acumen. Experience in the commercial buildings industry a huge plus.
You've got at least 5 years of experience leading a team.
