* This position is located in Dallas, TX. Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Plans and implements activities for achieving regulatory and objectives to include: Interfacing with and responding to the Federal Communications Commission. Testifying in legal proceedings before regulatory bodies as an expert witness. Manages and coordinates regulatory dockets to ensure favorable results.
Interprets, sets and defends policies in front of regulatory and legislative bodies, as well as public forums. Represents reported BU to regulatory commissions/groups. Plans and implements overall strategies necessary to ensure regulatory approval and effective positioning of products/services. Reviews and summarizes major regulatory issues. Monitors overall compliance with commission rules and guidelines.

Typically reports within third or senior management level.
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience.
Supervisory: No.
