Director - Business Development - Fujitsu - New York


Job description
Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Development Executive. The Salesforce Business Development Director / Manager is a member of the SaaS Practice leadership team, reporting to the VP, Head of the SaaS Practice. Primary responsibility is for the leadership, growth and sustainability of pipeline through a programmatic approach to business development activities, lead generation, campaigns, programs, events, relationship management and practice leadership.


Responsibilities


North American responsibility for Salesforce Business Development

Grow and sustain Fujitsu’s Salesforce pipeline

Manage the go to market strategy for Fujitsu’s services offerings which is aligned with Salesforce solutions

Develop marketing plans

Ensure all Sales and Training collateral materials are created, shared and maintained

Drive joint lead and demand generation activities with Salesforce

Develop, maintain and assess progress of the Salesforce Business Development plan for Current Accounts (Tiered Accounts), Net New Business / Logos

Timely and accurate sales, pipeline and business development activity reporting

Enhance Salesforce.com’s knowledge of Fujitsu and our joint solutions

Salesforce Practice liaison for regional Sales teams and North American Sales leadership

Provide leadership and guidance to event management and marketing teams

Liaison to other Fujitsu Business Units for joint business development efforts

Engage with Business Development peers and provide leadership for joint business development initiatives

Provide and present input and updates for Salesforce scorecards, executive presentations, All-Hands calls, and leadership team meetings

Direct and manage Salesforce Key Events including Dreamforce and Industry-focused leadership summits

+ years of experience in IT
+ years of experience with Salesforce.com solutions and business development

Proven track record of creative leadership in Salesforce Marketing and Business Development

In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce license and professional services sales cycles

Strong and confident understanding of Salesforce solutions, offerings and go-to-market strategies

Deep understanding of Cloud-based technologies, able to explain the benefits and business value to audiences at any level

Understanding of the Salesforce.com organization, with a strong base of existing relationships within Salesforce.com and within multiple industries

Top-notch communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the business, both within an organization and with prospective industry clients

Ability to travel without restriction
