Description
Has a strong knowledge of the creative development process.
Effectively scales design solutions in accordance with project constraints and parameters.
Expert ability to develop well-conceived innovative creative work that implements the strategy.
Ability to effectively work with other creative staff members, vendors, and freelancers.
Good conceptual and problem solving skills.
Excellent design skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development.
Ability to communicate effectively with creative and project management staff.
Great presentation skills.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Excellent skills with design software which will be used in the design process. This includes, but is not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Regularly reviews creative work with the group’s ACD or Creative Director to get feedback on direction and to ensure the work is aligned with other activities within Apple’s Graphic Design group.
Be able to meet deadlines on assigned projects.
Relied upon to concept and design high quality creative work in a variety of media that pushes the Apple brand forward.
Education Details
BA or BS degree in Graphic Design or other related field preferred.
Key Qualifications
Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion and/or new media communication.
Solid expertise in developing creative solutions in a variety of campaigns, across a broad range of problems and media including advertising, print, video/broadcast, interactive (web, DM, and social networking), retail communications, and channel POS.
In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process. This includes effectively and efficiently staffing projects, providing clear communication and creative direction, giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions.
Produce all work cost effectively and on schedule.
Additional Requirements
-7 years of relevant experience (preferably at an agency or a design firm).
