Director - Strategic Global Accounts - NVIDIA - Santa Clara


Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the VP Sales, Strategic Accounts
- Quadro and Tesla Account Management and FAE team reporting.
- Responsible for /Tesla Design-In:
- NVIDIA PSB Account Management and Field Applications Engineering teams
- Driving Design Win strategies for , Tesla, and GRID solutions across HP?s Workstation and Server portfolio

- Leading the HP Account Management team with account engagement strategies including QBR?s, Product Roadmap, and Quality initiatives resulting in strong Supplier Scorecard performance ratings.
- Ensures complete alignment between NVIDIA BU roadmap and HP roadmap
- Communicates regular updates and meetings with NVIDIA OEM GAM?s and extended account teams and BU?s
- Bringing a deep understanding of the business to Management and Sales Operations for optimal forecast accuracy and revenue guidance
- Works cross-functionally with local NVIDIA technical, event, and sales enablement resources to ensure execution of strategic programs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strategic thinker ? always bringing winning proposals and solutions to the table
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Self motivated, ability to work with little definition and without supervision and prioritizing across a number of projects, events and initiatives
- MS/BS required
- OEM Sales Account Management experienced preferred. Business Development, Product Management, and Technical Marketing experience also considered
- 7+ years of product and/or field marketing in high-tech, hardware or software is required
- Travel estimated at 15-20%
