Director - Implementation Operations - ADP - Alpharetta


Job description
The Director, Implementation Operations, is responsible for managing and directing the offshore activities for NAS Implementation. Critical to the success of this role is insuring alignment with the overall NAS Shoring Strategy. This role has responsibility for collaborating with Implementation Leadership, NAS Global Shoring Leader and Global Shoring Leadership to establish acceptable and realistic success and performance metrics.
This role will utilize these metrics to deduce critical areas of improvement for delivering on the shoring strategy, implementation goals and profitability for the business units. The Director of Implementation Operations prepares and distributes regular scorecards and other reporting as needed focusing on quality, KPIs, Continuous Improvement or initiative status related to NAS Implementation Shoring Projects. In addition, this individual will recommend and executes initiatives that have significant impact to achieve ultimate effectiveness related to the NAS Shoring Strategy relative to Implementation.

Responsibilities Include
Executes on NAS Shoring strategy for NAS Implementation functions.
Leads the end-to-end project of offshoring of specific functions work or expanding the global presence to our offshore locations (i.e. India, Romania and Philippines) for NAS Implementation.
Develops and reports on key performance indicators of the NAS Implementation Off Shore Teams.
Collaborates with the Shared Services Leader, NAS Shoring Leader and the Corporate Shoring Team on best practices and business processes as it relates to offshoring.
Close interaction with NAS Implementation Leadership and NAS Global Shoring Leadership on identifying continuous improvement and expansion opportunities specific to Implementation Shoring.
Leads the execution and rollout of recommended initiatives and effectively communicates impact to affected business groups and their senior or executive leaders.
Partners with BES Global Shoring Leader to insure alignment and consistency in overall NAS Shoring Strategy and Execution.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in education and experience.

Required Experience
At least 10 years progressive experience in a Client Service or Implementation environment.
Business Consulting experience highly desired
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Proven partnership with other senior-level functional leaders to achieve results.
Understands operations, product capabilities and sales process. Ability to communicate strategy and create a shared vision.
Ability to travel internationally no less than 6 times per year, more as required with multi-week visits.
Excellent verbal/written communication and influencing skills.
Ability to lead/ work in a matrix environment.
Ability to build effective and influential professional relationships.
Change Management experience is requirement.
Must be able to work under pressure of time constraints and be able to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment.
Effective time management and conflict resolution skills required.
Ability to motivate, influence and lead others; highly collaborative planning ability; superior business acumen, communication and business judgment.

A seasoned transformational leader with a strong track record of success in business process change in complex, multi-business environments.
Experience working across several lines of business (sales, operations, service, etc.)
Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of the business process management and demonstrated achievements.
Must possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills and recognized organizational savvy.
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities and project teams.
Experience in service technologies and development of service delivery solutions as well as operation experience in multiple business functions, including operations, services, implementation, sales, delivery and product development.
Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups to achieve goals including conflict resolution.
Strong quantitative, analytical, benchmarking and statistical skills required
Demonstrated success in project management and control.
Demonstrated ability in coordinating multiple projects of varying complexities and scope.
Demonstrated success in effective written & verbal communications, negotiation and positioning of projects and business requirements under a variety of highly visible conditions.
Proven leadership skill to implement strategic initiatives in an organization.
Ability to work with all levels of a multidimensional organization as a change agent.
