Senior Director - Pricing & Quantitative Analysis - ADP - Alpharetta

The Sr. Director of Pricing & Quantitative Analysis is responsible for all aspects of NAS wide pricing and quantitative analysis projects as well as the ownership of the NAS win/loss program. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of pricing strategies and quantitative analysis techniques. The candidate will work collaboratively with senior NAS leaders, including sales, marketing and product owners to:
Optimize product pricing and revenue generation

Develop pricing policy, product bundling and promotional campaigns
Evaluate pricing effectiveness
Identify, manipulate and mine business data to discover actionable insights
Leverage win/loss reporting, including competitor benchmarking as a key input into NAS business decisions

Specific Responsibilities Include
PRICING (40%)
Work with sales, finance, operations and product management to correctly position and establish pricing strategies, including pricing policy, product bundling and promotional campaigns
Make recommendations to the product owners in their development of new innovations, emerging products, services and market opportunities in the creation of effective price monetization strategies
Analyze current and historical results of pricing activity and transactional data to make recommendations to improve pricing performance
Develop reporting dashboards and metrics related to price trending, competitor price comparisons, pricing bands and price realization
Reduce pricing complexity and suggest new and innovative pricing approaches
QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS (30%)
Leverage / Manage Senior Analyst of Market Insights to perform sophisticated quantitative analysis, using statistical techniques to model complex relationship between business variables, that translates data into actionable insights
Analyze large datasets, developing robust predictive models to inform business decisions, and communicating methodology and insights to non-technical audiences
WIN/LOSS PROGRAM (30%)
Leverage / Manage Senior Analyst of Market Insights to create quarterly (and ad-hoc as needed) win/loss dashboards
Improve collaboration and inclusion of the Corporate win/loss program outputs, including the qualitative client win/loss interviews
Build an overall picture of why we are winning and losing in the marketplace over a defined period of time
Disseminate win/loss information in a timely manner throughout the NAS/GES organization
Provide Voice of Client input into business decisions
The candidate will report to the NAS DVP of Strategy and Business Development.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in pricing, marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, strategy or finance.
MBA preferred.
Experience:
8 - 10 years experience in strategy, pricing and/or data analytics related disciplines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
MBA from top tier business school preferred.
Experience in outsourcing, business-to-business or consulting environments highly preferred.
Strong analytical, research and communication skills are essential as is the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Ideal candidate will have strategy consulting and/or investment banking background plus in-house strategy experience in a Fortune 500 company.
Generic Skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, excellent writing and communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage people, excellent planning skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to interact with others on a regular basis.
High comfort level with interpreting data, developing Excel models and drawing conclusions.
