Targeting and Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) interface
Sales goals - alignment across LOBs and regions
Management of global target client list
Pipeline management
TSO, PSS and partner training
Voice of the client for new product development
Thought leadership
Participate in client events, Industry roundtables, forums and client engagement for VOC


Works under minimal supervision of GLS Office Manager in the delivery and distribution of GLS liquidity and investment solutions within assigned market/region. Responsibilities include retention, development and servicing of assigned client base. Analyzes business relationships and current economic and market conditions to provide consultative sales of GLS liquidity solutions capabilities. Determines optimal liquidity and investment solution mix to meet client needs and drive out additional account opportunities, thereby increasing account penetration. Prepares and delivers proposals to assigned clients for new business opportunities. Collaborates closely with assigned InvSolBDO, as needed and where InvSolBDO exists, to provide consultative support in crafting solutions for prospective client opportunities and in assuming new client mandates. Actively engaged in PAM and CMP processes. Consistently demonstrates leadership behaviors, serving as a role model and exemplifying Bank of America Merrill Lynch values; mentoring/ training junior associates; stepping up to take on active roles in projects, conferences, speaking engagements and other opportunities that drive business and promote the Bank of America Merrill Lynch brand. Responsible for adherence to all corporate, regulatory and industry compliance requirements. Provide backup coverage for office associates on all sales, service and administrative tasks, as necessary. Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in investment sales. Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Required
Solid knowledge of global cash concentration and pooling products, deposit and investment products
Understanding of FTP and valuing marginal deposits
Solid understanding of full GTS product set
Direct selling to global corporate clients
B.S. / B.A. degree
A sense of urgency and tenacity in exceeding revenue, profitability, innovation and speed to market goals that are delivered in a deliberate, inclusive, organized manner.
Strong decisiveness and decision making skills.
Ability to assess when to say “no” to deals, and communications skills to deliver effectively and respectfully
Candidate must have demonstrated strength in writing and communication/presentation skills, an awareness of financial markets and the ability to work strategically.

Desired
Proven experience of US Treasury Management product experience working for either a global or local bank.
Must work well virtually (remote Mgmt), efficiently and independently with the ability to influence business partners and stakeholders.
The ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with several groups.
This candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills, namely communication, written, a can-do positive attitude, must be self-driven, detail orientated and organized.
Demonstrated the ability to work well in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
