Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) is seeking an executive to lead our service delivery offerings for our Business Process Services unit in technology focused in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Delivery Director for North America will be focused on BPS programs for Technology, High Tech and Dot Com clients with delivery presence across US, Canada and with a potential to expansion into Mexico.
This individual’s key responsibilities will be the following:
· Manage a delivery span of roughly 100 associates growing at a rate of 30% over the next few months.
· Responsible for developing and leading client relationships to ensure minimum 50% growth year on year for the next 3 years.
· Liaison with diverse internal stakeholders to deliver to the objectives of right talent, training and service transformation.
· Manage timelines and budget as well as service excellence metrics and measurement.


· Key success factors include: Proven track record of delivering business process services within a Fortune 500 company preferably in customer service and online products back office operations.
· Successfully operated within a global organization delivering services through global delivery models, preferably leveraging presence in India, LATAM and the Philippines
Metrics-driven approach to performance management and client governance
Able to lead from the front for delivery management, governance with clients and improving service performance.
Builds, inspires and coaches high performance teams and gains the respect and trust of colleagues at all levels spanning across multiple operating units and geographies.
Proven ability to guide, influence and develop the talents of a wide range of professionals.

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic and preferred qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business / science or a related field is required.
· Master’s Degree or MBA from a top-ranked institution strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years in strategy, management, consulting, or outsourcing leadership serving clients at technology-focused Fortune 500 companies.
· Position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
· Work authorization in the US is required (We will not sponsor visas nor will we transfer H1B visas for this role.)

· Must be willing and able to travel (30%) within North America at short notice for up to a period of 2-4
weeks.
