Sr. Director Sales Operations – Field Development and Enablement (FD&E)
The Sr. Director of Sales Operations - FD&E supports the VP of WW Sales and VP Sales Operations on all aspects of field development and enablement. Drive the creation of a systematic approach to help customer facing roles prepare for customer interactions, engage effectively with their audiences, and advance sales opportunities to close. Create content that is engaging and promotes learner retention including managing the Sales training/development initiatives, tools and resources, collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Ops on sales system integration, and Management of WW SKO breakout sessions. Develop and execute against FD&E plan annually. Focus on activities that enable customer facing teams to increase productivity and efficiency resulting in increased attainment of goals and new customer acquisition.
Organizational leadership responsibilities for this role include direct management of a team of FD&E employees. This position reports directly to the VP, Sales Ops.


Key Accountabilities:
Drive monthly/quarterly sales training initiatives for the field in conjunction with the Geo Sales VPs.
Manage implementation of sales enablement resources and initiatives including Sales productivity tools.
Collaborate and coordinate with HR, Marketing, Operations and Product Management to deliver messaging and best practices that are aligned with the field sales go to market model (Challenger).
Work with PM/Marketing to manage sales related communications between Field and Corporate.
Drive and communicate best practice sharing across FD&E resources located in EMEA and APJ.
Development and measuremenr of key predictive performance metrics and indocators.

Desired Skills and Experience
Work is performed with minimal direction and performance is assessed through a combination of performance metrics and qualitative feedback from colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates typically have 10+ years of relevant experience. Field Sales, Sales Operations and/or Marketing experience/education is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and understanding of sales methodology and best practices of a high performing field sales organization.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer purchase drivers.
Prior experience in technology industry.
Sound business judgment and acumen.
Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with business and sale leaders, while maintaining their respect and confidence.
Experience in leading and motivating a high performance team to align with new or different sales initiatives.
Ability to effectively manage many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change.
Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including HR, PM and marketing.
Experience with CRM tools (SFDC) and development of Sales Process.
Experience with Challenger selling model and messaging.
Knowledge of FD&E industry, tools and best practices.
Highly proficient in English (both written and verbal).
