The Canon Solutions America Major Account Sales Director will be responsible for managing a team that sells specific business system products and servicesinto named acccounts including: black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. Responsibilities
As a Major Account Sales Director, your primary focus will be to manage a team of anmed account representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
Specific job duties will involve training, developing, and coaching current and new sales representatives to success. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through management of a team. You will also be responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan and reviews and growth of your assigned team accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience
Your qualifications must include a bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 10 years sales management experience in the office automation industry, strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a sales team, an interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry, and excellent time management skills.
