The Role - Director of Product Management - Ecosystems

Fast forward to two years from today. You will have worked with various stakeholders (CEO, management team, and customers) to put together product visions around Gliffy's partnership-based businesses. You will have played a critical role in Gliffy's future and grown the company by an order of magnitude and beyond. You will have built up and mentored a team of product managers who will continue to execute on that vision. You will be recognized for delivering products that have much sought after NPS, Conversion Rate metrics and the highest ratings in a marketplace.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management who has worked with Agile methodologies and knows what it takes to hire and mentor happy and productive teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new partnership opportunities, as well as managing and building applications in partner ecosystems.
The Director of Product Management is responsible for NPS, trial-to-buy conversion rates, reporting/analytics for Gliffy's products in the partner ecosystems. You should have exceptional leadership skills that enable you to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to get things done.
