Director of Client Solutions
The Client Solutions Director is responsible for leading multiple functions within the Sales Operations department. The Director has responsibility of multiple projects including EMR, Courier, Phlebotomy, Counseling and Channel Operations. This position will report into the Senior Director of Sales Operations and be responsible for the management of his/her team and the relationships with vendors, corporate departments, and external partners. Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategic initiatives for the overall business.
Identifies opportunities for updating processes, procedures, and policies within the department to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and setting the direction on appropriate course of action, while collaborating with the appropriate business partners.
Strategically guides our Rating, SOP’s, and Vendor relation efforts.
Directs, leads, and develops a team of associates. Responsible for working with associates to create individual development plans and business objectives designed to enhance and assist associate growth and department functions.

Manages and collaborates within corporate relationships with other departments including but not limited to Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, Customer Support and Sales.
Provides analysis of team and vendor performance.
Manages external relationships with vendors and partners.
Works with Regulatory to ensure that all functions are compliant with federal and state laws.

Strong contract negotiation skills and proven experience with Legal contracting process.

Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships and stay connected with various areas of the business
Ability to determine customer-specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs
Ability to prioritize and lead team to achieve long-term and short-term results
Ability to develop, execute and adjust a plan with high degree of independence
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to grow associates through constructive feedback and encouragement
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Education Requirement:
B.A. / B. S. degree from a four year university required.
MBA required
Proven success with leading large projects involving cross-functional and multi-disciplined teams
