What do we need?
Sizmek is seeking a Director of Client Operations who understands the programmatic data space and who works well disseminating key points to clients as well as internal stakeholders. This person will have a unique blend of being highly-analytical and solutions-oriented. This role and the team it manages are responsible for ensuring the Peer39 business processes are operating efficiently, analyzing data trends and reporting findings to key stakeholders throughout the organization. While the majority of this role is internal, there is a component of sales engineering needed for new partner integration discussions.

Roles and responsibilities
Consolidate and define business needs for Product enhancement
Consolidate and define issues and bugs for Product/R&D attention
Initiate clients data calibration for optimal utilization & coverage
Prioritization of Peer39 category queue, enriching taxonomy and fulfil clients’ high-demand categories.
Escalation point for issues that needs immediate attention (e.g. issues identified by BI, CS or Webology)
Address high priority issue with clients directly
Deliverables
Business analysis of traffic trend, data usage and performance for various purposes such as: revenue potential for new features, effect of features release on traffic data/usage, effect of system calibration on traffic data/usage, capacity planning, coverage of certain attributes.
Connect with Clients team on a regular basis to discuss hot issues on the line and latest update from the market.
Coordinate system capacity increase with Operations
Guide CS team on a weekly/bi-weekly and discuss top priority issues (clients implementation, tech issues, and content related topics)
Leverage clients feedback to understand our data coverage in relation to what’s available (mobile, video, etc.)
Feedback on more complex content issues that client service/implementation manager is unable to solve
Participate in product & business weekly calls, feedback on product roadmap prioritization, planned features and progress.
Guide webology team regarding current category development and progress (e.g. pre-release results, discuss end cases of content captured by a category)

Desired Skills and Experience
What will you need to succeed?
3 to 5 years’ experience with data-oriented businesses is required, experience with ad serving technology or with businesses focused on programmatic solutions is strongly preferred
2 year’s management experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable disseminating raw data logs and manipulating data in XLS
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail
Very comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors or advanced degree in data science or statistics is preferred
