Job description
ZetaXchange advances the advertising strategy of premium publishers and premier brands by providing a responsible, scalable email monetization engine. Our innovative solutions help content providers drive the highest value for their email assets and provide consumers with a more personalized advertising experience.
The role of Account Director, Publisher Solutions is to be the face of ZetaXchange and partner with publisher clients to meet their digital monetization objectives. You are responsible for the entire publisher life cycle – from onboarding to optimization. This position is a critical growth function that fulfills the promise of strategic partnership for all ZetaXchange publishers.
Responsibilities:
Develop premium publisher accounts by delivering service excellence and consultative support for publisher strategy and execution
Use critical thinking and analysis to discover growth opportunities and to resolve business obstacles
Deepen publisher relationships by identifying and pursuing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Ensure client success by overseeing Account Coordinators, serving as the point of escalation, and managing publisher expectations
Demonstrate value up and down the customer reporting chain
Maintain active customer conversations through regular and consistent engagement, demonstrating your market knowledge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and team leaders to inform product alignment for account growth

Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge of media landscape and publisher's advertising revenue goals and strategy
Knowledge of the agency world and how dollars move from buyers to sellers
Flexibility and an ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically
Ability to present persuasive arguments to support recommendations internally and externally
Very strong analytical thinking abilities and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Desire and willingness to learn and work hard
BA/BS required
3+ years of media account management experience
