Dealertrack is currently looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Accounts with automotive or lender industry sales experience to join our team in Wilmington, OH.

Job Overview:
The Senior Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all the sales activities for Collateral Management Services and Dealertrack Digital Services. This position is responsible for managing the lender-customer relationships, as well as the teams for lender development. The Sr. Director will represent the company at lender industry events and other strategic events or presentations.
This role has primary operational responsibility for revenue growth, as well as for relationship analysis and strategic account contract negotiation, including pricing and working proactively and cooperatively with other Dealertrack executives and functional leaders to ensure the successful and sustainable deployment and growth of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:
Active contributor in the creation of short and long term strategic business plans
Creation and execution of the annual revenue plan for CMS and DDS, derived from strategic accounts
Understand and interpret needs of major lender customers including national banks, captive finance super-regional financial institutions, as well as leasing companies and other financial services lenders.
Identify and analyze the external factors (for example: competition, regulatory, etc.)
Highly organized and influential team leader skilled in project management, prioritization, delegation and team motivation. Works on complex issues where analysis or data requires an in depth knowledge of the company and industries within which the business operates. Provides oversight and leadership for groups responsible for over sixty ($60) million in revenue, driving the successful achievement of goals.
Responsible for growth and development of Lender Development teams, as well as succession planning in these areas.
Development of contract strategy and drive to achieve results.
Coordinating with other the Sales & F&I Lender Development Directors regarding the lender customers.
This role has primary operational responsibility for revenue growth beyond SAAR by increasing market share of each strategic account, and by increasing the revenue generated from these accounts through the sale of other Dealertrack solutions.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
10-15 years automotive and/or lender industry sales experience.
Significant North American automotive lending experience is essential.
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated and increasingly senior management responsibilities, inclusive of managing individual contributors and teams.
Sales and client relationship skills necessary to attract new business and retain, as well as optimize, current client relationships; inclusive of large complex lender organizations.
Proven talent acquisition skills for obtaining experienced resources.
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability and desire to travel extensively.
