Job description
Using your marketing prowess, you’ll be tasked with creating the messaging and positioning to ensure the success of The Factory and our spin-off products/companies. With both a tactical and strategic vision, you will build, execute and optimize launches to increase user acquisition. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you have the ability to establish effective processes and procedures that will help a growing company flourish and relish the ability to promote a diverse portfolio. You’ll take an equity stake in every product we deliver along with a truly once-in-a-career opportunity to work with the industry’s best and brightest.


Your Responsibilities
To create a unique voice for The Factory and its companies with both tactical and strategic vision. This means:
Building product awareness with both business partners and consumers
Define reporting and analytics processes to measure effectiveness of campaigns
Being the point person for all things PR: press releases, packets and events
Manage an advertising budget and use your analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns
Create and execute social media strategies

Desired Skills and Experience
Your Profile
Our ideal candidate is a scrappy hands-on marketing leader who has:
7-10 years working in a hands-on capacity in marketing with some client-side startup tech experience (and mobile)
Entrepreneurial spirit: You will be our principal marketer and need to be a self-starter who is confident in developing and executing marketing direction from scratch (with little oversight)
Creative writing skills that rival a post-grad english major/poet/power ballad composer
Passion for/experience in launching and scaling killer startups
Varied knowledge of both traditional and new media marketing techniques (SEO/social)
