ABB Wireless is seeking a Wireless Director of Sales to provide the internal and external technical expertise and counsel relating to ABB Wireless products and their sales potential within the Oil & Gas industry segment in order to meet a specified sales quota.
You’ll work as part of ABB’s Wireless Communication Systems team, which develops and markets technology and products used to create reliable, secure, and scalable wireless IP broadband networks for mission-critical, outdoor industrial applications.
Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or engineering and 12 years of experience OR
- Masters Degree in business administration or engineering and 10 years of experience OR
- High school diploma and 16 years of experience.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with selling telecommunications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling wireless.
- Strong selling skills.
- In-depth understanding of the company's technical and commercial strengths and relationships with markets.
- Ability to negotiate and successfully conclude deals.
