Lead sales forecasting and other reporting needs for our workplace solutions (WPS) team. Work with our vice president to identify reporting needs and key metrics.
Assist sales executives in both pre and post sales efforts – with RFP, LOI and contracts
May assist with creation of the necessary marketing and technical documentation materials for sales and clients
Management of effective sales business planning in order to meet short and long term sales goals.
Analyze trends, sales results, sales pipelines, segmentation analysis, forecast accuracy.
Build strategic data sets for market analysis and future planning.
Significant interaction with finance and operating teams to develop key operating assumptions & plans.

Engage with Marketing, Strategic Planning and Training to identify and develop coordinated sales initiatives.
Provide sales analysis to support reporting requirements and senior management planning
Work with new sales executives to ensure they have appropriate on boarding
Act as liaison with internal teams such as Legal, Analytics, WPS account management and marketing operations divisions
Attend industry related conferences as needed

Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or above with 5-8 years in Sales Operations for a B to B, software or technology company.
Strong Sales-operations experience (forecasting, planning, sales systems, reporting)
Results oriented/ Problem solving skills / Resourcefulness / Project Mgmt / Time Management – will get things done with little to no oversight, can work with ambiguity, but wants to eliminate it, has a desire to step up and lead whenever and wherever required
Ability to build productive and enduring relationships – this will include external relationships with business partners
Exceptional analytical ability and knowledge of tools
Ability to turn analysis into insight and actions – and can effectively communicate to the team
Demonstrated ability to improve and innovate – proactively identify and recommend solutions
Knowledge of sales process, procedure workflow is a necessary skill
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work within team environment. Must be collaborative
Ability to travel on occasion to support sales efforts
