Position Summary
You’ll help us deliver uncommonly amazing, reliable, available, and secure service for our college and
university customers who use our cloud­based solutions for financial management, HR, research, business
continuity planning, and student.

Our products replace cumbersome legacy systems built by companies like Oracle, Ellucian, and SAP. We’re
a young company, so you’ll also have plenty of opportunity to help shape organizational culture and
processes.

What you’ll be responsible for...
Attracting, recruiting, and mentoring amazing technical operations talent
Managing of production configuration and software releases (Puppet/OpsWorks/Jenkins)
Designing operational processes, managing staffing, and performance of corporate and client network/VM assets (VPN/LDAP/APIs/IPS), AWS Network (VPC/ELB/Gateways/Security Groups) and AWS VM Assets(EC2 VMS/Elasticache/RDS) Developing InfoSec compliance policies, procedures and managing audits.
Budgeting and planning for SaaS operations
Rolling up your sleeves as part of a small, amazing team
Implementing authentication (Shibboleth/CAS/LDAP) with client technical teams
Helping clients load data and work with APIs
Designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Leading change advisory board
Supporting prospective customers’ evaluation of our service

The experience and technical requirements you have to have:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Data Center/IT operation environment, experience managing stacks with AWS is preferred
Experience in managing SaaS is a must; cloud computing experience is a plus
BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
Vendor management and negotiation experience
Thorough understanding of web­based software architecture/engineering as it relates to infrastructure, and network operations
