The Director of Radiology provides senior leadership for patient care services and clinical support contracts across Group Health’s Washington and Idaho service areas. Designs and leads marketing strategies related to non-dues revenue services working with GHC Account Executives, State/Federal Agencies, and Purchasers to establish contracts and/or service agreements. Ensures financial, clinical, and service outcomes for group model and contracted network services are met by working in close collaboration with District and Health Plan leaders including; Provider Relations, Claims, and Referrals. The Director of Radiology partners with medical directors in developing goals and implementing plans relating to medical staff and/or clinical issues within the assigned services.

Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Education
Masters Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge/Skills
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Demonstrated leadership effectiveness in financial management, healthcare operations, human resource management and development, systems thinking, change management, communication, customer service, and team building. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Organizational development and business development skills
Experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years In a senior management role.
8 years healthcare management experience including demonstrated success with budget development, profit/loss responsibilities, staff selection, development, and partnership with medical staff.
2 years demonstrated success with business/product development and related marketing activities. 2 years consulting experience and complex project management in a healthcare system.
