Do you have experience in the field of Decision Management, including areas such as Predictive Analytics, Mathematical Optimization, Rules Management, Big Data Technologies?
The Product and Technology organization at FICO has responsibility for product strategy and the development of FICO's analytics and analytic software solutions which support better business decisions across multiple vertical markets, worldwide. The Product Management function is accountable for developing and communicating our product strategy, aligning FICO's technical capabilities with market opportunities, defining requirements for products, and driving the go-to-market strategy for our solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be instrumental in opening a new channel and business model for FICO, the FICO Analytic Cloud (FAC) Marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the FAC Marketplace, including the full lifecycle (from ideation, productization, readiness and on-going support) of Apps from internal FICO, Partners and Clients. This is a strategic position responsible for prioritization and the creation of processes to efficiently enable the growth and success of the Marketplace.
Connect market opportunities and industry trends with FICO's core capabilities and key differentiators to drive strategy and prioritize opportunities for Apps in the FAC Marketplace.
Apply prior commercial software experience to lead development of new products and management of existing products.
Manage innovation pipeline, including reaching out to all business units at FICO to drive ideation and prioritization of FAC Marketplace Apps.
Evaluate market opportunities, assess market maturity, determine market size and addressable market, and evaluate the competitive landscape. Due to the breadth of the intended reach of the FAC, you will be responsible for evaluating opportunities across a wide range of industries and business spaces.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, delivery partners, technology partners, ISVs, and industry analysts to gather inputs, prioritize opportunities, and execute and launch Marketplace solutions.
Lead technology and analytic research efforts to drive product management/ development activities.
Lead technical and business use case development sessions with internal FICO staff, customers and partners to drive solution requirements.
Deliver on roadmap priorities to achieve time to market and time to value targets.
Ensure go-to-market readiness for all Apps in the Marketplace.
Cross-functionally drive development and launch of the product from concept to delivery.
Enable market-facing teams with tools that accelerate the selling and services processes.
Reconcile conflicting priorities and tradeoffs, and deliver clear unambiguous direction to the team.
Cultivate relationships with customers, ISV partners, and distribution partners.
Moderate travel between FICO offices, as well as to client and/or partner offices (domestic and international). San Jose, San Rafael or San Diego location strongly preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g Business, Computer Science, Engineering). MBA or graduate technical degree preferred.
Experience in the field of Decision Management, including areas such as Predictive Analytics, Mathematical Optimization, Rules Management, Big Data Technologies highly preferred.
Experience in Product Management highly preferred.
Pragmatic marketing certification preferred.
Experience with current software development technologies and methodologies including Agile.
Analytical and fact-based orientation, with ability to synthesize and organize complex data/information.
Ability to apply past experience to develop business cases and value propositions in many industries.
Ability to interact with and work across different internal and external functional disciplines.
