Director - Audience Development - NBCUniversal - New York

Job description

Reporting to Vice President, Consumer Marketing at TV Everywhere (TVE), and this position will be responsible for the development and conversion of audiences to engage with NBCU's TVE products and services. This individual will be charged with coordinating between the various NBCU businesses, marketing sources, product/tech, research and insights, and other departments to create new and compelling digital campaigns to drive awareness and usage of TVE platforms to existing and new consumer audiences.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for both paid advertising and unpaid partnerships and media swaps to drive consumer awareness, download and usage of NBCU TV Everywhere (TVE) platforms
Develop key positioning points and creative that communicate TVE's positioning and drive response for use in paid marketing channels including display advertising, re-targeting/behavioral targeting, SEO/SEM, partnerships, co-registration, promotions/sweepstakes, and authentication
Create and manage plan for channel mix based both on acquisition scale/efficiency and post-acquisition performance by source


Partner with research and analytics team to accurately forecast and manage individual campaign budgets appropriately within overall Marketing Department budget in order to hit company audience targets and understand and report on demographic profiles of audiences delivered via paid marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with media vendors & marketing agencies and provide media performance reports to VP of Marketing
Improve customer acquisition process by setting testing strategy and conversion improvement targets
Partner with product & research teams to develop segmentation and offer strategies that increase audience engagement and retention
Perform deep user segment analysis to identify incremental engagement opportunity from existing audience through direct marketing tactics (email, website, mobile, etc.)
