Job description
Talent Growth Director is a vital part of the leadership team that drives firm’s strategic talent growth through effective cultivation of talent at all levels and related recruitment, retention and resource alignment processes and programs.


Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing Partners and teams with direction, leadership and support on all Talent Management and HR and compliance related processes and activities
Promoting positive work environment and embodying firm values
Aligning talent and resource needs with company’s strategy, goals, plans, vision and values through systematic reviews of investments in differentiating capabilities, thoughtful cost reductions (when necessary) and improvement initiatives aligned with strategy
Monitoring adherence of people’s behaviors to firm’s established values and rules – “making values stick”
Monitoring of the change programs within the organization
Implementing coaching and corrective practices
Designing and executing full cycle campaigns to recruit talent at all levels
Managing and monitoring employee performance; initiate, structure & manage annual review process
Administer the ongoing allocation of resources to meet all of the competing priorities
Build and implement firm and individual rewards/recognition programs that support the vision, values and goals of the firm
Tracking HR growth and performance and key HR growth metrics of the firm and leadership

Desired Skills and Experience
Specific Job Requirements:
10+ years of relevant talent leadership experience
Experience in strategic consulting, advertising or brand agency professional services firm
Ability to elegantly and successfully lead, gain the respect colleagues and staff, and to maintain open and efficient lines of communication at all times
High energy level, driven, focused, assertive and results-oriented
Experience in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to drive improvement and manage change
Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships (confidence, credibility and confidentiality) at all levels of an organization
