We are looking for a Director of Strategic Alliances who will be responsible to develop strategic partnerships and channel sales for Hanu. The primary area of focus is to establish revenue-generating alliance partnerships with Microsoft partners (SI, LSI, ISV, o365).
The Director of Strategic Alliances will be responsible for all aspects of our channel efforts, to include: determining strategy and budget, managing communications and relationships with partners, and developing pricing, marketing and support programs. Success will be measured by the revenue driven to Hanu via partner relationships and alliances.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop strategy and execution plans for both new and existing channel relationships.
Coordinate efforts to identify and close companies that could potentially become Hanu partners.
Provide all day-to-day support that may be required by Hanu partners.
Develop and manage partner account plans that define specific initiatives and projects wherein to focus with the goal of driving additional revenue for Hanu.
Maintain a current understanding of market landscape and potential competitor offerings.
Provide product expertise and strategy for partner accounts.
Drive improvement and innovation to Hanu services/product, based on partner needs.
Act as liaison between partners and Hanu for all aspects of business relationships.
Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5 years sales experience, and at least 2 years in a strategic alliance or partner role.
Experience managing alliance, channel sales in a Cloud / SaaS business.
Exceptional track record of leveraging the strategic partners to build and close deals.
Good Understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Ecosystem is a huge plus.
Strategic thinker and contributor. Ability to communicate and influence at an executive level both internally and externally.
Ability to create and execute successful channel strategies that will support revenue growth.
Results oriented.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in defining goals and objectives for the assigned business.
