Director - National Sales - Antec and AMP - San Francisco

Job description
We are looking for an experienced sales director to manage the US/Canada sales team. Ideally, the candidate will have:
Exceptional People Management Skills
Motivation for sales and the creation of sales
A "Closer"; able to close significant deals
Product-oriented, competitive, and confident
A creative thinker, problem solver, and team player
Works well under pressure and a diverse group of personalities
Able to foster engagement with others to increase productivity and creativity
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Able to develop business relationships to drive sales
Negotiate contracts
This position will require travel as needed (25%-35%).

Desired Skills and Experience
Must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in consumer electronic sales (i.e.,Best Buy, HH Greg, Hastings, Target...)
Experience in DIY computer a plus
BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience
