The Oracle Marketing Cloud is seeking a Senior Director of Education to develop and manage innovative revenue generating education programs-. This position will work closely with Sales and Product Management teams to understand the needs of our clients and develop offerings that support all products in the Oracle Marketing Cloud. This position also provides leadership to a global team responsible for content development ,instructional delivery, education operations, and marketing. Manages and grows recurring education revenue stream and develops/designs new programs to drive adoption and increase customer participation and retention. The role is responsible for end-to-end program planning, design, management, and operational execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
Designs programs and content to drive demand and achieve revenue targets
Educates sales teams and customers on the value of education offerings
Provides strategic direction to the managers of education development, delivery and operations.
Oversees the design and maintenance of a scalable curriculum for training, certification, supporting systems and processes.
Identifies technology solutions and systems needed by clients, partners and employees
Manages offshore team responsible for developing educational content
Evaluates effectiveness of programs through rigorous testing and utilizing customer feedback.
Ensures that all processes and deliverables are high quality and fit for purpose.
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA preferred.
8-10 years of leadership experience in the enterprise software industry in a customer education management role
Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with ability to present to all levels and audiences.
Able to give and receive feedback positively with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience managing remote teams (offshore management experience is desirable)
Ability to take a consultative approach to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Results oriented and customer focused with the ability to lead and work on a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask on many different projects concurrently.
Experience developing education for a highly dynamic or SaaS based product.
