As Team Performance Coach you will work closely with our Lead Deployment Teams and Receiving teams. The Team Performance Coach key role in the transformation is to maximize the team effectiveness of our transformation teams, coach transformation managers individually in changing mindset and behavior and equip transformation teams to inspire people to feel owner of the change, to become ambassadors of the required changes, so they will manage their business and execute the strategy in line with Philips business principles and behaviors.

We have multiple Team Performance Coach vacancies and invite candidates from different locations to apply. Team Performance coaches will be allocated in different continents and countries.

Your responsibilities
Building stable high performing teams that drive performance and growth around clear End2end business objectives; using the 3 dimensions of high performing teams (alignment, interaction, renewal) to assess which interventions are needed.
Facilitating ATP+ and follow up sessions
Reinforcing new mindsets and behaviors with leaders so they lead and role model the desired change, creating a coaching culture to deliver results.
Equipping participants to inspire people, manage their business and execute the strategy in line with Philips business principles and behaviors.
Embedding the new behaviors in the teams and the core meetings they engage in, acting as a mirror to the team.
Creating the same language and common practices to develop and sustain the new culture in the teams.
Your team
You will be part of a global team of highly talented professionals, allocated in the BT Function and working through the End2End program on shaping the future of Philips.
You will report to the Lead – Team Performance Coach and work closely with our transformation teams.

Your profile

· Master degree in Psychology or equivalent
· 8+ year’s relevant experience as business partner in capability building, business transformations, coaching, and change management.
· Significant experience in working with senior management teams and credibility at all levels in the organization; as leader having successfully implemented major organizational changes Transformational facilitation skills, with high emotional intelligence, self-awareness, courageous authenticity and integrity.
· Relating, connected and compassionate. Senses what others or the group are unable to put into words.
· Well-developed interactive skills and ability to deal with intergroup conflicts, eager to team up and work with dedication and passion in a fast changing environment.
· Demonstrated success in driving and leading capability building and cultural change programs.
· Able to drive impact without direct hierarchical authority.
· Energetic, hands-on personality with the interest to take initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
