Integrated Marketing Director - Ad Sales - Playboy Enterprises - Los Angeles
Job description
Playboy is looking for an Integrated Marketing Director to handle all pre-sale and post-sale responsibilities for its advertising partners. Located in our Beverly Hills Headquarters this person will be heavily involved in the creation of branded content, native advertising and interacting with senior level editorial members on content creation.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and execute integrated marketing programs for advertisers across the brand’s print, digital, social, mobile, tablet and experiential platforms
Heavy focus on digital and social ideation and execution – utilizing emerging media to create branded content, native advertising, and social media engagement
Ideate with senior editorial team members on both editorial and Branded Entertainment opportunities.
Coordinate creative brainstorms with internal teams (including ad sales, digital, social, and editorial departments) to concept marketing solutions and added-value opportunities for advertisers
Fulfill daily requests for proposals (RFPs) to meet client objectives
Manage and execute sold programs including: communication between sales reps, agencies and clients; creating and managing program outlines, timelines, and budgets; working with creative teams to design custom assets; routing of designs/concepts for client approval
Work closely with digital and social media project managers to ensure on-time execution of all custom digital marketing programs
Collaborate with internal art department to concept, create copy for, and design high-impact print and digital advertorial units and sales materials
Create recaps reports for all custom programs
Sweepstakes management and fulfillment
Support the integrated sales team with marketing related requests and writing of sales materials
Routinely update marketing calendar with pitched and sold programs
Assist with event preparation and on-site execution as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in media marketing with strong digital and social media skills
Exceptional proposal writing, grammatical, time management, multi-tasking and communication skills
Service-oriented, creative thinker who can pro-actively generate ideas to drive sales
Strong project management and leadership skills
Extremely organized, detail-oriented and efficient
Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
