Finance Director - PepsiCo - Purchase

Job description

Serves as Finance business partner to Marketing for the Hydration categories and liaises with Sbux JV
Leads overall Strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan processes and supports ongoing Forecast process in collaboration with Marketing and sector Financial Planning & Analysis teams
Leads detailed financial analyses to inform business cases and support decisions on brand strategies and product innovations
Supports innovation Stage Gate process by building innovation volume forecasts, P&Ls and business cases for new products and identifying key risks and success metrics
Develops economics for product innovations by collaborating with cross functional teams, e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales and Revenue Management
Supports ongoing brand and innovation reporting and performance management as well as ad hoc senior management requests
Responsible for managing two direct reports

Qualifications:
MBA required
Strong financial acumen and financial modeling experience; strategy experience a plus
Strong problem solving and analysis skills and sound business judgment
Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross-functional decision-making
Ability to work independently
Experience leading a team and managing conflict
Excellent interpersonal skills and track record of building productive relationships
Strong written and oral communication
Passion for consumer products
