Job description
The Corporate Actuarial Department is seeking a process manager who will be responsible for managing critical, highly visible financial reporting and other activities for CAD. He or she will have oversight over multiple concurrent deliverables and will actively manage relationships with key business partners across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
• Manage highly visible processes for the organization
• Collaborate closely with key business partners such as Controllers, Risk, BU actuaries
• Work collaboratively across the team to ensure deliverables are attainable
• Ensure consistent, flexible and successful process execution
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including the use of technology to drive efficiencies
• Manage the workflow to ensure timeliness and transparency through to deliverable dates
• Partner with senior leadership to manage the prioritization of deliverables for the organization
• Enhance the process and project management skills across the team

Desired Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in process design and workflow management
• Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing technology solutions for improving processes
• Experience managing both technology projects and strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously
• Experience in forming strategic partnerships with functional, technology and business partners
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.

• Bachelors Degree required
