Director - Consulting - Manufacturing - iGate Technologies - Chicago


Job description
The Consulting Lead will be responsible supporting sales and delivery teams in their subject area. He / she will provide guidance and leadership in the subject area to support BU achieves its revenue goals & be a catalyst to generate downstream revenues as result of their project work.

• Provide thought leadership and expertise
• Take lead in building solutions
• Take lead in client interactions when required
• Ensure execution excellence in the projects in terms of quality / timeliness and client satisfaction
• Promote iGATE’s thought leadership by publications & speaker engagements
• Take active part in events & Industry associations
• Provide pre sales support / solution & proposal development
• Mentor and train delivery teams in domain / subject matter

Qualifications / Experience and Capabilities

• Relevant Undergrad Degree. Preferable Graduate degree / MBA
• 15+ years B2B Sales / e-commerce in manufacturing / consulting organization
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a leading consulting organization
• Demonstrated expertise / thought leadership in B2B sales / e-commerce
• Preferable knowledge e-commerce solutions and technologies
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Ability to interact with C-level executives
• Strong leadership skills
• Team player and ability work with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in designing and implementing B2B e-commerce
