Job description
The Director, Business Systems Solutions provides overall direction for the Healthcare Technologies field focused business systems and processes, including management of related support positions, strategy for future development and innovation, and coordination with all systems users.
Manages staff to deliver excellent service to ensure the highest levels of field staff and all user satisfaction.
Engages all levels of the business to understand needs and systems performance.
Ensures business systems capture all relevant data efficiently and accurately.
Creates and manages user groups/councils for all levels, including technician, management, business office, and client/customer to capture issues for resolution and future development.
Ensures the business systems function to match the desired business processes used throughout the organization in a highly efficient and user friendly manner.
Manages and controls administrative aspects of the business system, including access, security, data integrity, user roles, etc.
Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves systems bugs through close coordination with the IT group.
Manages departmental budgets and system development budgets.
Reports to the Vice President of Operations Support
Reporting to this position are database administrators, help desk, and general support positions.

Desired Skills and Experience
Requires a bachelors degree, preferably in engineering, technology, or science
MBA preferred
At least 3 years of management experience
Requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
Requires a strong working understanding of IT networking and business systems
Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with technical and senior level staff
