The Director of Mobile Product Delivery will responsible for ensuring all products featured on all global brand mobile sites and applications are developed, delivered and maintained according to the requirements provided by the enterprise, then ensure the delivered products are performing against business expectations. The Team Member will direct the team that will manage the support and delivery responsibilities in many different aspects of the website products, such as research, requirements, enhancements, training, and education of the brands, hotels, and internal team members. The Director will work with the business and with IT to direct the product team to develop and implement effective web products and solutions across all global brand mobile sites and applications. The Team Member will lead the strategic delivery direction of brand mobile site and application products to impact the overall business performance of the brand websites to our hotels, owners and corporate constituencies. The Director will work with user interface and product marketing experts to lead the product vision and strategy to implementation and provide the road map for development. In addition, this role will lead the product group in monitoring and adapting the product roadmap based on new insight and findings. Lead 'customer-minded' resources and insights for the rest of company, specifically for mobile and building products to support mobile. In addition, the leading product strategy the Product Director will also ensure complete and solid business delivery of product deliverables. The Product Director will lead and facilitate business requirements session and capturing and documenting the business requirements. The Product Direction will be responsible for use case creation, review and application within the product life cycle, as well as, ensure the use cases are representational of Hilton Worldwide business and customers as they relate to mobile. The Team Member will be required to be a SME on mobile products, have an understanding of technical implementation and backend system and integration points. The Product Director will also be responsible for product specific revenue targets and ensuring forecasted KPI are mapped back to actual deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experience
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with a digital company or department
Experience working in a domestic and international digital role
Demonstrated success and proven results in adding strategic value for the company and/or enterprise
Minimum of three (3) years of vendor management experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of mobile specific experience
BS/BA Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of seven (7) years of related professional experience
Minimum of four (4) years of managerial experience
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
MS/MA Master’s Degree
Experience working in the hospitality experience
Experience working with a large scale mobile deployment
Minimum of ten (10) years of related professional experience
Minimum of six (6) years of director level experience
