GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Designs, implements, directs and is responsible for leading a regional team in the direct sale of SHS products or services. This position is fully knowledgeable about company products. Establishes target list and short range strategies to attain key business plan objectives of new and conversion sales. Regional responsibility to meet profitability and growth objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or Master?s degree preferred in Business or technical field. EXPERIENCE: Significant experience (10+ years) in corporate travel management with a focus on sales, consulting and customer relationship management. Previous P&L Management experience. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Strong internal and external customer relationship building and negotiation skills.
