Director - Marketing - Halt Medical - San Francisco


Job description
Join the Halt Medical Team as we commercialize a new technology to treat uterine fibroids and transform women’s health.

Responsible for marketing activities associated with the assigned product line, including the development of product marketing plans and developing and implementing marketing programs to achieve sales and profit goals for the brand. Develops and implements marketing programs targeting physicians as well as patients / consumer target groups. Creates marketing materials and labeling, develops sales forecasts, and identifies product enhancements. Responsible for the development of marketing plans and strategic objectives to meet the marketing objectives established by Sr. Management. Develop and implement marketing tactics for assigned product line, including advertising, promotion, pricing, packaging, market research, collateral materials, trade shows, and public relations. This position interfaces heavily with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Professional Education, Clinical, and Regulatory, as well as with customers, physicians and external marketing agencies. This position is based in Livermore, CA. Approximately 25% travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Experience
MBA Preferred
7 - 10 years of Marketing Medical Device / Medical Products experience
Track record of successfully launching and marketing medical device products.
Experience marketing to both physicians and consumers
Experience working in a start-up company, as flexibility and adaptability are key, as is the ability to develop impactful programs with limited resources.
