Global Account Director - Model N - Chicago


Job description
The Global Account Director is responsible for managing the Model N relationship with a customer/prospect and for serving as the client’s strategic advisor and counselor. The goal of the GCM is to become a trusted advisor to client’s driving multi-year strategy. The GAD will work with teams to deliver world class solutions to client problems. Model N will often have multiple projects underway at a client and the GAD will direct strategic activity across the various teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:
Driving top line growth across all Model N lines of business
Building and evolving Executive relationships across a small number of customers/prospects.
Serving as a strategic advisor to client and thought leader in the space.
Working closely with the partner community associated with key customers/prospects (Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, Highpoint, Mindlance, etc)
Understanding client needs and objectives and identifying opportunities for Model N to support client in addressing problems and challenges related to revenue management
Partnering with clients to define and scope the focus of the project
Integrating work across multiple projects within a client account
Where relevant, providing insight into industry and business issues
Effective forecasting and driving
Alignment to strategic selling methodology
Actively participating in broader Model N company strategy

Requirements:
10 to 15 years in complex enterprise solutions, ideally with a mix of software and professional services. Experience in revenue management or a related area a plus
5 to 10 years of Life Sciences industry experience
Knowledge of Model N customers a plus
Proven multi-million dollar responsibility, specifically in the Life Sciences sector, with exposure to global/major programs
Best in class presentation and communication skills
Experience and comfort managing multi-disciplinary, virtual teams
Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred
