Director - Digital Measurement and Analysis - Fidelity Investments - Providence


Job description
As part of the Personal Investing (PI) organization, the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insight (CKSI) group sheds light on investor behavior and attitudes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. We are currently seeking a creative, analytically driven, and collaborative team member to help us shape and grow our digital analytics & insights capabilities.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Analytics and Insights, this individual will be highly engaged in analytics and insights across all paid, owned, and earned channels (including display, paid search, natural search, site, trading platform, mobile apps, social). He/she will have the vision, structured thinking and business savvy to see how digital data can lead to understanding audiences and helping marketers develop high-impact, efficient branding, marketing and sales content. The Director, Digital Analytics & Insights supports several internal stakeholders, including digital marketing, media, integrated marketing, and the executive team.

Primary responsibilities
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to decision makers in marketing, distribution, and other parts of Fidelity
Analyze and derive actionable insights from a wide range of digital data sources
Create and execute on learning agendas that tackle the key business questions to which stakeholders need answers
Collaborate with integrated marketing, digital marketing, digital distribution to creatively test new experiences (yet at the same time in a structured and statically sound manner)
Lead meetings to present analysis, insights and recommendations to team members

Desired Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
5+ years experience in telling a compelling, insightful, actionable story based on data analytics
Graduate degree preferred
Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to understand their key business questions, and delivering analysis, testing, research that addresses those question
Specific experience with digital analytics (site analytics, digital media optimization, social listening, testing), including hands-on experience with key tools such as Doubleclick, Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Test & Target, Google Trends, Radian 6 (or other tools like them)
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including y toolsprimary research, online advertising, direct marketing)
Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.
Ability to present complex data, financial analyses, and statistics in a simple and clear way
Proven ability to interact with senior management and present actionable findings
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications (ie. Excel)
