Digital Account Director- Search - Retail - iProspect - Fort Worth

Account Director- Search/Retail
The Account Director (AD) is responsible for leading a group of account teams and will report into a Group Account Director. This individual is an expert in their clients’ businesses and in digital marketing. Account directors have a thorough understanding of how to leverage the agency’s capabilities (strategy, data and insights and channel experts) to bring innovative marketing solutions to their clients. Their responsibilities include building and growing strong senior-level client relationships, providing strategic direction to the account teams, maintaining the financial health of their accounts, scoping projects and developing staff.

Responsibilities:
Oversee clients’ performance marketing strategies and provide actionable channel insights that help clients maximize profit and efficiency from their marketing spend.
Achieve highest levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Lead quarterly business review meetings as well as other senior-level client meetings and presentations.
Manage the account teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Find opportunities for organic growth of accounts as the digital landscape evolves.
Manage, train, and develop the team of account supervisors.
Work with the EVP, Client Operations to ensure appropriate staff levels on each piece of business.
Monitor account profitability and ensure accurate billing and forecasting to ensure the financial health of the accounts.
Ensure achievement of goals related to successful campaign completion, product quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
Participate in establishing business plan objectives with management team and determines standards of performance.
Interview applicants for available positions and recommend selection, promotion, discipline and related personnel actions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with financial data and budgets.
Ability to set departmental goals and objectives for their teams and work cooperatively to accomplish them.
Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges.
Strong technical understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Display Marketing.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of client management experience working on large, integrated accounts.
At least 4+ years of demonstrated success in leading an account team in the digital media industry.
Extensive experience managing, motivating and leading account teams.
Adept at managing client expectations as they relate to scope and delivery of service.
Prior experience working with the financials of an account in a client-services organization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goals.
Strong media background and familiarity with multiple media channels particularly in the areas of Paid & Natural Search
Bachelor’s degree required
Retail/ Electronics Industry experience a plus
